Most products are made to order with a 1–3 week lead time. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. All orders include USPS tracking.

All major credit cards via Stripe, processed through Snipcart. Apple Pay and Google Pay also available at checkout.

I print, assemble, and test each product after you order it. This means every item is fresh — not sitting in a warehouse. It also means the lead time is real: typically 1–3 weeks before shipping.

Yes — all products run CircuitPython. Plug in via USB-C, and it appears as a CIRCUITPY drive. Edit the Python files directly. The source code and documentation are linked from each product page.

Primarily PLA in multicolor FDM prints for structural parts, with translucent PLA for light-diffusing sections. All materials are food-safe plastic — no ABS, no resins.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 14 days and I'll replace it. Because products are made to order, I cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Email info@beforegreatness.com with a description and video if possible. Most issues are firmware-related and can be resolved with a reflash — I'll walk you through it.

STL files for 3D printing, Python source files for firmware, PDF guides for assembly. All delivered as a ZIP archive via Lemon Squeezy immediately after purchase.

Personal license files are for personal use only. If you want to sell products based on the designs, contact me about a commercial license.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have a technical issue with the files, contact me and I'll help resolve it.
